Due Diligence Report – Miller Street, Pyrmont
Hawes and Swan Planning were engaged by a client to undertake due diligence for a development site that was being sold by the NSW Government in Miller Street, Pyrmont. That site comprised 1,846m2 of prime B2 Local Centre land in the heart of Pyrmont and maintained two street frontages.
The primary role of Hawes and Swan Planning was to provide detailed town planning advice as to the development potential for the site and its feasibility for increased development yield through the review of various development types included a mixed use development proposal.
