Expansion Works at Kruger Transport Facility, Wetherill Park

Hawes and Swan Planning were engaged by Kruger Transport to assist in the formulation of a solution to allow trucks to be fully serviced on site within the industrial estate at Wetherill Park. Specifically the development involved the installation of a spray booth facility to allow future operation on site.

The primary role of Hawes and Swan was to engage with Council and gain initial support, liaise with the relevant environmental consultants and the preparation of the Statement of Environmental Effects to support the DA. Hawes and Swan Planning were also engaged to project manage the DA from lodgment to obtaining development approval from Fairfield Council.
