Hawes and Swan Planning provided planning and design advice and prepared the planning documentation for the construction of a construction of a four storey private hospital and associated facilities within the rapidly developing suburb of Gledswood Hills. Specifically, the development proposed a state of the art medical facility that will accommodate a mix of medical tenancies, operating theatres, recovery and consulting rooms, pre-operative room, discharge lounge, waiting room, reception, office and administrative facilities.

The primary role of Hawes and Swan Planning was to provide expert town planning advice to the client to guide the design and the preparation of the Statement of Environmental Effects and Clause 4.6 Variation request to support the development.
