Multi Dwelling Housing Development, Glenfield, Campbelltown

Hawes and Swan Planning provided detailed town planning advice and prepared the planning documentation for the construction of 47 town house dwellings, strata subdivision, open space, car parking and associated site works within the suburb of Glenfield. Specifically, the development had a number of planning complexities attached to it relating to endangered plant species, a public reserve and creek rehabilitation works.

The primary role of Hawes and Swan Planning was to prepare of the Statement of Environmental Effects and to review all supporting documentation and reports to ensure consistency with the DA. Hawes and Swan were also engaged to project manage the DA through Council.
