Hawes and Swan Planning provided detailed town planning advice and prepared the planning documentation for the construction of 33 Multi Dwelling Housing Units, Strata Subdivision and associated site works at 277 Old Hume Highway, Camden 

With careful design & consultation with Council, the redevelopment of an old motel site had a number of planning complexities that Hawes and Swan project managed. 

The construction consists of 22 x 2 bedroom dwelling, 11 x 4 bedroom dwellings with a mix of single & double storey dwellings with ample on-site parking. A large communal open space area is located within the centre of the site.
